Shipping and Exchange

At YOCCA CRAFT STUDIO, we aim to deliver your gifts, crafts, and party items safely and on time. Please review our shipping timelines, delivery terms, and exchange process below.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Processing: Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Within Kerala & South India: 3–7 business days

    • Rest of India: 5–10 business days
      Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or unforeseen reasons.

  • Courier Partners: We use trusted third-party logistics and courier services.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout based on weight, product type, and delivery location.

2. Fragile Items & Packaging

  • We carefully pack delicate items like glass frames and mirrors with protective materials.

  • Despite best efforts, we do not guarantee against breakage during transit.

  • Minor scratches, chips, or cracks caused in transit do not qualify for free replacement or refund.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these risks for fragile products.

3. Delivery Delays

  • YOCCA CRAFT STUDIO will not be responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier partner.

  • Tracking details will be shared by email/SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  • Please track your shipment for real-time updates.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange or replacement only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product sent

  • Product received is damaged or defective

To request an exchange:
✅ Share a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the parcel is opened,
✅ Send clear photos showing the issue to yoccacraft@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Exchange approval is at our discretion after verification.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
