  • Handmade and craft items may have small variations, which are natural and not defects.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via our payment partner Razorpay.

  • YOCCA CRAFT STUDIO reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failures, or suspected fraud. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.

  • YOCCA CRAFT STUDIO is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

5. Fragile Items & Limitations

  • Products like glass frames and other fragile items are packed securely, but we do not provide a guarantee against breakage in transit.

  • By ordering such items, you accept the risk of potential damage during shipping.

  • Minor chips, scratches, or breakage do not qualify for free replacement or refund.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

  • Refunds and returns are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which requires a complete unboxing video and photos showing damage or issues.

  • Customized items and used products are non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product photos, logos, graphics, and text, is the property of YOCCA CRAFT STUDIO. Use, copying, or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

YOCCA CRAFT STUDIO shall not be responsible for:

  • Delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kasaragod, Kerala courts.
