Refund and Returns Policy

At YOCCA CRAFT STUDIO (https://yoccacraft.com), we work hard to ensure your orders reach you safely. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel, please email us at yoccacraft@gmail.com or call us at 9778283833 / 8075626160 with your order number.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only processed in the following situations:

  • If your order is cancelled within the allowed window.

  • If we cannot fulfill or ship your order due to stock or logistical issues.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item (see return process below).

Approved refunds will be:

  • Credited to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, card, etc.)

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation

3. Returns & Replacement

As we sell delicate and often customized craft and party items, we generally do not accept returns except when:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered.

Important: To qualify for return, replacement, or refund:
✅ You must record a full unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened, before using the product.
✅ Clear photos showing the issue must also be provided.

Send the video and photos to us via email (yoccacraft@gmail.com) or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. After we receive and verify the returned item, we’ll process a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items or items damaged after delivery

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items returned without proper unboxing video and proof

  • Products bought on clearance or final sale
